LD Armateurs (LDA) has updated its logo to mark a new strategic phase in its development.

This evolution coincides with the entry of InfraVia Capital Partners as the majority shareholder with 80% of the capital, while the Louis-Dreyfus family retains 20%, with Édouard Louis-Dreyfus remaining as President of the Group.

It also accompanies the arrival of Samira Draoua as CEO of LD Armateurs, bringing a fresh dynamic to the Group and reinforcing its ambition to strengthen its position in the maritime services sector.
