Our Quality Policy

Louis Dreyfus Armateurs has set out a 'continuous improvement process' to ensure the sustainability of its activities and support its strategic orientations. We periodically review our risks and identify our opportunities as it serves as an integral part of our QHSE Management System.

Our priority is to continuously improve our customers’ satisfaction. In that sense, we are committed to following three main principles:

The quality of services provided by Louis Dreyfus Armateurs is the result of listening and being in permanent proximity to our customers to understand their needs and respond to them in the best way.

We are committed to responding to their requests, meeting any applicable requirements and anticipating their expectations.

We proactively communicate with them, and questionnaires relevent to each activity are sent periodically to measure their satisfaction levels.

Since September 2018, Louis Dreyfus Armateurs is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

The ISO 9001 standard is international and generalist. It is a guide for our management and the organization of our company. This standard gives us the means to meet the requirements according to our own identity, our culture and our practices.
