Missions

Under the authority of the QHSE Director – DPA, he/she is responsible for :

Supporting the subsidiaries concerned:

  • Write and participate in the revision and corrections of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP);
  • The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Editing and reviewing all ISO documentation in relation to the processes attached to each of the structures;
  • To ensure the distribution, appropriation and use of these documents within each entity;
  • Organise and participate in internal and external audits in relation to each activity and associated issues;
  • Organising Process Reviews and extracting kPIs, measuring results, defining objectives, and determining (or correcting) the effectiveness of the process;
  • Propose the improvement of the organisation or its strategy if necessary;
  • Review, monitor and address all non-conformities and deviations that may be identified;
  • Determine, monitor and communicate the non-quality costs associated with the activity;
  • Ensure correspondence, recording, follow-up and responses to feedback on the area of activity;
  • Transcribe, review and follow up on 8D support when requested by the Client.

Participation in the respective Quality and Supply Chain Certifications

  • Organise and/or participate in certification audits (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EASA, ESCCA+ and ESCCA+_V2 as required), monitor deviations and formulate relevant responses;
  • Structuring and responding to the requirements of Supply Chain standards (e.g. cLIP and cADL) required by the Client;
  • Follow up on non-conformities identified, address them and ensure the relevance of the responses provided
  • Confirm the effectiveness and efficiency of the actions taken;
  • Structuring the operation and documentation of the structures: determining the objectives, adjusting the strategy, adapting the resources, refining the organisation and coordinating the actions necessary to carry out the respective activities of each entity in project mode.

QHSE reports

  • Provide QHSE support to ships, subsidiaries and head office departments.
  • Comment on the QHSE reports of the ships in charge;
  • Follow up on feedback from ships in load, validate analyses, determine causes and follow up on associated corrective actions;
  • Follow up on incident reports until they are closed;
  • After their validation, distribute the reports to other ships as necessary;
  • Contribute to the preparation of the management review.

Internal audits

  • Carry out, after internal qualification, internal audits under the ISM – ISPS – ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001 – MLC 2006 standards, on board ships, in subsidiaries, employment agencies and at headquarters;
  • Manage the follow-up of internal audits and responses to corrective/preventive actions.

Customer and external audits

  • Participate in the various external ISM – ISPS – MLC – ISO audits and ensure the follow-up of deviations.

Training and awareness

  • Lead and develop training courses;
  • Raising awareness of the QHSE culture among sedentary and seagoing personnel;
  • Organise HSE awareness events;
  • Participate in external HSE meetings.

Prerequisites

Initial training: Training as a quality specialist,

Or Project Manager in an industrial environment,

Or training in Logistics and/or Procurement.

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in the airport or aeronautical sectors highly appreciated.

Skills :

Ability to define and manipulate Project Work Breakdown Structure (PWB);

Knowledge of EASA and/or ESCCA+ certifications is essential;

Strong customer satisfaction and continuous improvement orientation;

Must be proficient in MS Office – MS Project – Gantt etc;

Language(s): English: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
