The Louis Dreyfus Armateurs Group is looking for its future “Group Communication Manager”. The position is based at the Group’s headquarters in Suresnes (92).

Communication strategy :
Definition and deployment of the Group’s communication strategy with the General Secretary, the HRD and the representatives of the Business Units.
Communication actions :
Digitalisation of tools and working methods for employees in conjunction with the IT department (Sarbacane, Sharepoint, Social Network Training, Intranet, website),
Managing the development and evolution of new communication media (Group and BU sales brochures, new PPT presentations, etc.),
Trade shows: overall organisation and co-hosting with BU/HRD representatives of the stand,
Support for the Group’s major events (end-of-year parties, etc.).
In relation with the BU representatives :
o Drafting, translation and distribution of articles / Publi-editorials oriented “BU / Business” for the press (in connection with the General Secretary),
Press relations (identification of media, interfaces, interview management),
Identification and management of updates to new digital tools (Sharepoint communication site…),
Management of advertisements (interface, control of proofs and budgets).
In relation with the Secretary General :
o Management and supervision of the updating and development of the Group’s websites (LDA / OPENR / PLENR / LDPL / LDTVO),
Monitoring, management of RSS feeds and distribution of Breaking News (via Sarbacane),
Drafting of press releases and multi-channel distribution.
In relation with the HR Department :
o Planning, writing and translation of posts on social networks and Community Management of the Linkedin, Instagram and You Tube company pages. Social network monitoring.
Supervision and Management of the Digital Communication Officer (alternating) and all digital communication activities (website redesign, data collection / statistics, analysis, updating and optimisation of the intranet…).
Supervision of compliance with the Graphic Charter / Collaborator Interface,
Management of partnerships,
Management of communication budgets,
Management of goodies,
Interface with various suppliers (communication agencies, advertisers, printers, graphic designers, freelancers),
Iconography (collaborator interface, indexing with Phrasea).
Initial training: Minimum 5 years of higher education. Master of science or equivalent university education.
Experience: 5 years experience in a similar position in an industrial sector.
Required skills: Excellent writing skills. Project management and managerial skills.
Mastery of the usual software/tools and communication techniques:
o Microsoft Office 365,
o Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
Languages: French: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
English: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
Rigour, curiosity for the world of communication (monitoring, tools, techniques, discourse, targets), adaptability and good interpersonal skills.
Desired knowledge :
Good knowledge of web technologies and social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, You Tube).
