Considering the changing nature of MFI's environment in South America, particularly in its grain parcel service component, and persuing a strategy of permanent reassessment of the best allocation of its human, financial and commercial ressources, Louis Dreyfus Armateurs (S.N.C.) has decided to sell its controlling interests in MFI.
LDA is pleased to announce having sold all their shares to Augustea Finance Limited, effective July 7, 2000.
